Reading the Discrepancy Report
The Discrepancy — Processed Files panel at the bottom of the dashboard shows assets where JDE and FINFA120 disagree with each other.
Columns
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| File Date | Which import this discrepancy was flagged in |
| Asset ID | The asset the discrepancy is about |
| Transfer Type | The type of transfer involved |
| JDE Value | The value as recorded in JDE |
| FINFA Value | The value as recorded in FINFA120 |
| Discrepancy | The difference between the two |
| Discrepancy Type | A category label for the kind of mismatch |
This panel isn't filtered by the date dropdown — it always shows every outstanding discrepancy, not just ones from the currently-selected date.

A note on what this article can't tell you yet
This article describes what's on screen. It does not explain why a particular discrepancy occurred or what to do to resolve one — that's business knowledge that isn't captured anywhere in FORGE's own code or documentation yet. If you run into a discrepancy you don't know how to handle, that's a question for whoever set up the JDE/FINFA120 reconciliation process, not something FORGE itself can answer. This article should be updated once that guidance exists.
