Coming soon CODEX Freight & Phone Bill Coding Open CODEX →	Parses UPS, FedEx, and NECS freight invoices (OCR-assisted for NECS's scanned PDFs) and Verizon phone bills, matches charges to job/phase/department codes, and routes anything unresolved to a manual-override queue. Every save, override, and mapping change is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. Coming soon FLEX Prevailing Wage Manager Open FLEX →	Payroll's system of record for prevailing wage determinations: each job's classifications with their required base and fringe rates, effective-dated so an earlier pay week still reads the rate that applied then. Bulk CSV import/export and a full change history are built in. Hours Review matches an HCSS hours export line-by-line against those tables and flags what doesn't line up. Employee Lookup searches HCSS's employee master (via Incorta) by MasterEmployeeGUID, employee code or name and shows every business unit a person exists in. The cash-in-lieu calculation and Spectrum export are not built yet -- those rules are pending a working session with payroll, and this app deliberately shows the open questions rather than guessing at a compliance-sensitive number. Also hosts FLEX: Payroll Timecard Tool, the cross-BU overtime check moved over from BENCH, which still runs entirely in your browser.	2 updates → Latest: 2026-08-18	Sign in through Nexus One — any signed-in user can access FLEX, edit the wage tables and use the lookup tools; no AD group or Credentials grant required. The Admin area (company list) needs the Admin role on FLEX, granted in Nexus One's Credentials area. Coming soon FORGE Equipment and Fixed Assets Open FORGE →	Runs and monitors the JDE fixed-asset import job, with import history, totals, and discrepancy reporting.	1 update → Latest: 2026-08-09	Sign in through Nexus One. Access is granted per person in Nexus One's Credentials admin area — Admin role sees everything including the Fixed Asset Loader, User role sees everything else (Equipment Status). Coming soon LOOP Intercompany Reconciliations Open LOOP →	Recreates the monthly Intercompany Reconciliation workbook as a live dashboard. Loads the IC Dump (and optional UnP Dump) from SQL, recalculates every derived tab with a scoped formula engine, and shows a tie-out dashboard alongside the recreated tabs: IC Review, Dump (List), Reclass, Non Portfolio, Unposted JE, and Unposted AP.	2 updates → Latest: 2026-08-14	Sign in through Nexus One. Coming soon PACE Month-End Close Calendar Open PACE →	Recurring monthly template rolls forward into a new close period automatically instead of being rebuilt each cycle. Tasks carry dependencies so a step isn't flagged late while the step before it is still open, and a status color (not started / in progress / done / blocked) tracks each one. Per-person WIP binders track due vs. actual completion with reviewer sign-off and a notes/blocker field. The huddle board (/huddle) is built for a shared screen: large text, auto-refresh, overdue and due-today surfaced first. An optional daily digest email and a full audit trail (who marked what done, and when) round it out.	1 update → Latest: 2026-08-06	Sign in through Nexus One. Coming soon PRISM Spectrum Reporting Open PRISM →	Doesn't render report data itself — lists the existing Power BI paginated reports and launches out to them, logging who accessed what and when (an audit trail those reports have never had). The catalog does index each report's underlying fields/columns (parsed from its RDL definition), so the launcher's own search can find the right report by a field name and not just by report name or description -- keeping that field index current is a manual, dev-machine-only job today, not part of the automatic nightly sync that keeps report names/descriptions current. Which reports show to a given user can optionally be narrowed by their Spectrum Module/Level, read from the same nightly-refreshed Power BI dataset the reports already use for their own row-level security -- but that's advisory only, Power BI's own report security remains the real gate on data.	1 update → Latest: 2026-08-07	Sign in through Nexus One — any signed-in user can access PRISM's launcher, no AD group required. What reports you can actually open is still governed by Power BI's own Spectrum Module/Level security.
Coming soon PULSE Dashboard Reporting Hub Open PULSE →	Job cost summary views — revenue, cost, and labor-hour reporting.	2 updates → Latest: 2026-08-13	Sign in through Nexus One. Base access (User or Admin) comes from Nexus One's Credentials admin area; PULSE then assigns its own Access Groups on top of that (which pages/companies/business units you see) — request one directly from Request Access, or contact a PULSE admin to be added under its own Admin → Members page.
Coming soon SPARK Pcard Fraud Detector Open SPARK →	OCR extraction runs as a separate download on the reviewer's own machine (Tesseract-based, so it always uses that machine's cores, never the server's). Its output is uploaded here for review -- fraud-flag analysis and Excel/report export, matching the original desktop app's workflow. The review detail pane's receipt-image viewer isn't wired up yet -- view a flagged receipt from the OCR module's own output instead.	2 updates → Latest: 2026-08-14	Sign in through Nexus One. Coming soon SURGE Contract Forecasting Open SURGE →	Replaces the Excel contract-forecast template with a live, shared grid. Contract and division metadata comes straight from Prophix Staging; type in monthly Hrs/Rev/Cost forecasts and they autosave to SQL Server as you edit — no more emailing spreadsheets around.
