Checking Equipment Status by Code

The Equipment Status page is a separate lookup tool from the main import dashboard — use it to check the status of specific equipment codes against the Spectrum equipment master.

How to use it

1. Go to the Equipment Status page.
2. Either:
3. Paste Equipment Codes into the text box, one per line (or separated by commas/spaces), or
4. Upload a list from a .csv or .xlsx file instead (a header row like "Equipment Code" is detected and skipped automatically).
5. Click Check Status.

You can check up to 2,000 codes at once.

Reading the results

• A summary line tells you how many codes you submitted, how many matched, and how many weren't found at all.
• The results table can be filtered by Company and by status (Active, Inactive, Retired — Inactive and Retired are checked by default, Active is not).
• Codes that had no matching record in the equipment master at all are listed separately under Not Found in Equipment Master, rather than mixed into the main results table.

Copying results

Check Copy for Excel above the results table to copy whatever rows are currently visible (respecting your Company/status filters) as tab-separated text, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.
