Understanding the Import Files grid
The Import Files panel at the top of the dashboard shows what actually loaded for whichever date you've selected in the date dropdown.
Columns
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| File | The import's name |
| Name | The actual filename that was loaded |
| Result | The load result for that file |
| Added | When the file was added |
| File Date | The date this import is filed under |
| Total Count | Total record count in the file |
| Asset Count | How many of those records were assets |
Switching dates
Use the Select a date dropdown at the top of the page — every panel on the dashboard (Import Files, New Properties, Missing Asset Data, the two Totals panels, Discrepancy) reloads for whatever date you pick, except Discrepancy and New Properties, which aren't date-filtered at all (they always show everything currently outstanding).
If a file you expected isn't listed
Check you have the right date selected first. If it's genuinely missing, that likely means the import for that date didn't run or didn't produce a file — check with whoever runs the import schedule, or try running the import process yourself (see "Running the JDE Import Process in FORGE").
