Comparing JDE and FINFA 120 Totals

The dashboard shows two side-by-side totals panels for whichever date is selected: FINFA 120 — Totals and JDE — Totals.

What's in each

Both panels show the same set of columns, one set of totals per source:

Asset Count, Beginning Cost, Salvage Value, Acquisitions/Additions, Disposed, Trans Out, Ending Cost, Prior Accum Depr, Current Depr Expense, YTD Depr Expense, Accum Trans In, Accum Disposed, Accum Trans Out, Accum Depr ITD, Total NBV.

Comparing the two side by side is how you'd spot a whole-totals-level mismatch between the two systems, separate from the asset-level Discrepancy Report.

Copying into Excel

Each totals panel has a Copy for Excel checkbox next to its header. Checking it copies that table as real numbers/text (tab-separated), not as the comma-formatted display strings you see on screen — so pasting into Excel gives you actual numeric cells you can total or compare, not text that looks like a number.

Uncheck and re-check it if you need to copy again after changing the selected date.
