What "New Properties" and "Missing Asset Data" mean on the dashboard

New Properties

Shows: App, New Property, New Value.

This is not filtered by the date dropdown — it always shows everything currently outstanding, regardless of which date you have selected.

Missing Asset Data

Shows: File Date, Asset ID, Missing Data. Unlike New Properties, this one is scoped to whichever date you've selected.

A note on what this article can't tell you yet

Both panels show exactly what's flagged — which asset, what property or data point — but neither FORGE's code nor its documentation currently explains why a property counts as "new" or why a particular piece of asset data is considered missing, or what (if anything) you're expected to do about either one. If you need that context, ask whoever set up the JDE import process — this article should be updated once that guidance exists.
