What NEW means on the Dump List — and how to clear it
The Dump (List) tab has two columns, IC Review and Reclass, that show either NEW (highlighted) or ok for every account.
What NEW means
- NEW in the IC Review column means this company/account line isn't matched to any pairing on the IC Review tab — it isn't being reconciled against a counterparty at all yet.
- NEW in the Reclass column means the line isn't represented on the Reclass Review tab.
- ok in either column means the line is already accounted for there.
Fixing it
Head to the Unmapped tab (under Mapping) — it lists the same NEW items in one place:
- Accounts flagged NEW for IC Review show up under "Accounts not on an IC pairing," with a pair → shortcut that opens IC Pairings with the account already filled in.
- Accounts missing a mapping altogether show up under "Accounts with no mapping," with a map → shortcut into Reclass Mapping / Account Groups.
Once an account is paired or mapped, its Dump List row switches from NEW to ok the next time the period recalculates.
