Reading the amber flags and status pills across LOOP

LOOP uses the same handful of visual cues on every tab, so once you know what they mean in one place, they mean the same thing everywhere else.

Amber rows and amber numbers

• A row tinted pale amber means "this one needs a look" — used for out-of-balance pairings on IC Review, NEW accounts on Dump List, active reclasses on Reclass Review, unmatched lines on Unposted JE/AP, and open variances on Non-Portfolio.
• A bold amber number inside one specific cell (rather than the whole row) points at the exact figure driving that flag — e.g. the Adjusted Difference or Unidentified cell on IC Review, the Reclass amount on Reclass Review, or a mismatched portfolio in Reclass Review's Acct Port column.
• The same green/amber coloring shows up on the Dashboard's summary cards — green means the figure is clean, amber means it needs attention.

Status pills

The small rounded labels (Pending, Approve, Reject, and similar) follow one consistent color scheme wherever they appear — Reclass Review, Non- Portfolio, IC Confirms Detail, Unposted AP:

• Green = cleared/approved/good (e.g. "Cleared" on Reclass Review, "Approve" on Non-Portfolio, "IC" on Unposted AP).
• Amber = pending / awaiting action.
• Red = rejected / out of balance.
• Gray = no matching record found (e.g. "no match" on Unposted JE).

If you're ever unsure what a highlight or pill means on a tab you haven't used before, it's almost certainly one of these four states.
