Adding an Identified Difference on IC Review
Each pairing row on IC Review has a Differences Identified box where you can log the reasons behind a difference instead of just staring at an Unidentified number.
How to add one
- In the Differences Identified cell for a pairing, type a dollar amount in the amount box and a short reason in the name / reason box, then click + (or press Enter in the reason box).
- The entry appears in the list immediately and saves on its own — there's no separate save button.
- Unidentified recalculates right away: it drops by whatever you just identified, and its amber highlight clears once it's under a dollar.
- The combined Unid. + Unposted AP column updates the same way, since it's just Unidentified plus that pairing's Unposted AP.
Removing one
Click the × next to an entry to remove it. Unidentified (and the amber flag) recalculate immediately, the same as adding.
Notes vs. Differences Identified
Don't confuse this with the plain Notes box further along the row — Notes is just a free-text comment and has no effect on any number. Differences Identified is the one that actually changes Unidentified.
