Getting access to PACE

PACE doesn't use an AD group. Signing in through Nexus One isn't enough on its own — you also need a PACE grant in Nexus One's Credentials system. With no grant at all, you'll land on a "You don't have access to PACE" page.

Two roles

• User — the huddle board itself: viewing the calendar, marking tasks done, changing an owner, adding a one-off task, and flipping a binder's status right from the huddle board's Binders band.
• Admin — everything a User can do, plus the setup tabs: Binders (the full binder table with notes and approval-person fields), Templates, Audit, Settings → Holidays, and Settings → Digest. Without Admin, opening any of those sends you to an "Admins Only" page instead.

How to get added

Contact an administrator to be added in Nexus One's Credentials area. There's nothing to request inside PACE itself — your grant is checked automatically the next time you sign in.

If you were just added or upgraded and still can't get in

Like the other apps in the suite, your entitlements are only re-checked on a fresh login. If you were already signed in before the change, sign out of Nexus One (which signs you out of every app at once) and sign back in.
