Reading the huddle board

/huddle is PACE's default landing page, built for a shared screen. Use the period dropdown at the top to switch which close period you're viewing.

The three bands

• Overdue and Due Today list open tasks grouped by category (Quanta/OneStream, Internal, Disb to Exec Team), each with a checkbox to mark it done without leaving the board.
• Binders lists every binder for the period with a status dropdown you can change right there — this is the one binder action open to non-admins.

LOOP strip

If LOOP's intercompany data is available for the period, a strip appears showing Pairings Out of Balance, Unidentified Differences, and the Non-Port Approved/Pending/Rejected/Total counts, with an Open LOOP link.

Calendar

Shows the work month's full week grid with a Business Day number row and tasks placed on their due date by category. Download Excel exports it.

Auto-refresh

The header, bands, LOOP strip, and calendar refresh themselves every 60 seconds via a background fetch — the clock ticks every second. The All Tasks panel below (owner filter, inline status/owner editing, delete, and the "Add a one-off task" form) sits outside that refreshed region, so it only reflects the page's state as of your last full load.
