Reading the Audit Log dashboard

The Audit Log page (admin-only) is PRISM's whole reason for existing: a record of who launched which Spectrum Custom Report, and when.

Choosing a time period

The Period dropdown at the top switches the whole dashboard between "All time" and a rolling window (e.g. "Last 30 days"). The five stat tiles — Active reports, Total views, Total viewers, View trend vs. prior period, and Unused reports — all reflect whichever period is selected. View trend has no meaning for "All time" and shows "N/A" there, since there's no prior period to compare against.

Report usage and Viewers tables

Report usage ranks every report by views in the selected period, with a Users and Days column and a trend vs. the prior period. Viewers does the same per person.

Click a row in either table to cross-filter the other: click a report to see just the people who viewed it, or click a viewer to see just the reports they viewed. Click Clear to drop the filter.

The detailed log

Below the two summary tables, Detailed log lists every individual launch — when, who, which report, which module(s), and the client IP it came from. Use the User, Report, From, and To filters above it to narrow the list, then Download Excel to export exactly what's currently filtered.
