Favoriting reports and Recently Used

Favoriting a report

Click the star (☆) at the left of any report row to favorite it — it fills in (★) and the row highlights. Click it again to remove it. Favorites are personal; starring a report doesn't change what anyone else sees.

Use the ★ Favorites only button above the table to filter down to just your starred reports.

Recently used

The Recently used panel at the top of the Reports page shows up to 6 reports you've launched most recently, newest first — one entry per report even if you've launched it many times. It fills in automatically the first time you launch a report; there's nothing to turn on.

If a report gets hidden or removed from the catalog, it drops out of Recently Used too, even if you launched it before that happened.
