Troubleshooting PRISM

Why can't I see a report I'm expecting?

PRISM narrows the report list to match your Spectrum Module/Level access — a report only shows if your level in at least one of its modules meets or exceeds that report's own required Security Level.

Check "Your access levels" first

On the Reports page, open Your access levels to see every Company/Module combination you currently have a level for. Compare that against the Security Level column in the report table — if your level in that module is lower than the report needs, it won't appear. The panel spells out the rule directly: a report shows if your level in any of its module(s) meets or exceeds the number in its Security Level column.

This is about visibility, not permission

This filtering only decides which report link PRISM shows you — it isn't the actual security on the report data. If your Module/Level access needs to change, that's a Spectrum access question; PRISM just reads the same data Spectrum already has, it doesn't set your levels.

If a report is missing for everyone, not just you

If the top of the Reports page shows a banner saying every active report is being shown to every signed-in user, Module/Level filtering hasn't been turned on yet — nothing to do on your end, that's a PRISM setup question for an admin.
