Searching and filtering the report catalog

The Reports page gives you a few ways to narrow down the report list, and they can be combined.

Search

Type into the Search by report name or field… box. It matches against the report name, its description, and the fields used on the report — not just the title — so a search like "unbilled time" can surface a report even if those exact words aren't in its name. Results are ranked with the best matches first, and the list updates as you type without reloading the page.

Company and Module filters

Use the Company and Module dropdowns above the table to narrow the list to a specific company or module.

Favorites only

Click ★ Favorites only to show just the reports you've starred. Click it again to go back to the full list — see "Favoriting reports and Recently Used" for how starring works.

Expanding a report's fields

Click the field count next to a report (e.g. "6 fields ▶") to expand exactly which fields it uses — useful for confirming a report has the data you need before launching it.
