Troubleshooting PULSE

Why can't I see a page in PULSE?

You don't have the Access Group for it

Each page belongs to a specific Access Group category (see "Understanding PULSE's Access Groups"). If you don't belong to any group in that category, the page won't show at all. Request the group from Request Access, or ask a PULSE admin to add you under Admin → Members.

You have the group, but not for that company

Groups are scoped per company (and sometimes per business unit or warehouse). Having Financials access for company 111 doesn't show you company 349's data — you'd need a separate Financials group for 349, or an "All Companies" option.

Ops Statement is missing a margin level (SG&A, Vector Credit, etc.)

Margin levels are scoped separately from pages. If your Financials group doesn't include a margin level, that section is hidden even though you can see the rest of Ops Statement. An admin can widen your existing group, or add the Allow SG&A add-on if that's specifically what's missing.

You were just approved for something and still don't see it

Access is only re-checked on a fresh login. If you were already signed in before the change, sign out of Nexus One (which signs you out of every app at once) and sign back in.
