How-To PULSE

Requesting a PULSE Access Group

Picking groups

On Request Access, check PULSE and a grid appears, organized into collapsible categories — Financials, Employee Hours, AP, AR, Inventory, Credit Card, and Full Data Access. Click a category to expand it and see its real options (e.g. Financials lists every company code). Each row shows what that specific pick scopes to; the category itself shows what pages the whole category grants, once, at the top, instead of repeating the same page list on every row.

You can check as many groups as you actually need in one request — e.g. Financials for company 111 and Employee Hours for company 111 — instead of submitting separately.

Admin role

If you check Admin instead of User, the grid collapses down to just Full Data Access, forced checked — admin access always includes everything, so picking individual groups alongside it wouldn't add anything.

After you submit

Each group you picked needs its own approval — if two groups you picked have different assigned approvers, both have to approve before anything is granted. Once every needed approval is in, the group gets added to your PULSE membership automatically — no separate manual step, and no need to also contact a PULSE admin once it's approved.
