Signing in to the app suite
Nexus One is the one place you sign in — LOOP, SURGE, PULSE, and FORGE all recognize the same login, so you only ever do this once per session.
How it works
- Go to any app in the suite (or start at the Nexus One home page).
- If you're not signed in yet, you'll be redirected to Nexus One's sign-in page automatically.
- Sign in with your Quanta AD username and password.
- You're sent back to whatever app you were trying to reach, now signed in.
From then on, every other app in the suite recognizes you too — no need to sign in again until your session expires (currently 12 hours) or you sign out.
Signing out
Signing out from Nexus One signs you out of every app in the suite at once, not just Nexus One itself.
Troubleshooting
- "Invalid username or password" — double check you're using your normal Quanta domain credentials, the same ones you use to log into your computer.
- Signed in, but a specific app still won't let you in — that app has its own access requirements on top of just being signed in (an AD group, or a per-person grant). See that app's own article in this vault, or check the Application Directory for its access requirements.
- Nothing happens when you sign in / stuck in a redirect loop — contact IT; this usually means something is misconfigured on the app you started from, not your account.
