Getting access to SPARK

SPARK is gated the same way as FORGE — signing in through Nexus One isn't enough on its own. You need a SPARK grant in Nexus One's Credentials area.

"You don't have access to SPARK"

There's no Credentials grant for SPARK against your account at all. Contact an administrator to be added in Nexus One.

User vs Admin

A User-role grant covers everything reviewers need day to day: loading P-Card Excel, running Trend, and importing OCR Excel results. An Admin-role grant additionally unlocks the Admin link in the toolbar, which opens two tabs — GL Dim (the G/L code → category mapping) and Excluded Cardholders.

"This area is for SPARK admins only"

You're signed in with a User-role grant (or none) and tried to open /admin directly. Ask an administrator to upgrade your grant to Admin.

If you were just added or upgraded and still can't get in

Entitlements are only re-checked on a fresh login. Sign out of Nexus One (which signs you out of every app at once) and sign back in.

Local fallback

As a backstop against a missing or misconfigured entitlement, SPARK also recognizes a small local list of admin usernames independent of Nexus One's Credentials system. This exists so admin features stay testable and so an entitlement problem can't lock every admin out at once — it isn't the normal path to admin access, so ask to be added in Nexus One first.
