Setting up your Preferences

The Preferences page (/preferences) holds a handful of personal settings — things that change what you see, not what anyone else sees.

Default Operating Unit

Set a default Company Code/Operating Unit so the grid tabs open already filtered to it, instead of showing nothing (or everything) until you pick one manually each time.

Excluded Contracts

Hide specific contracts from your own grid tabs and Home tab — useful if there are contracts you never work with and don't want cluttering your view. This only affects what you see:

• It does not remove the contract for anyone else.
• It does not affect OneStream exports — an excluded contract still shows up there, since exports need to be complete regardless of any one person's personal filters.

Job/Phase pins

Pin specific contracts to always show their Jobs (or Jobs & Phases), independent of your Detail Level dropdown. See the "Forecasting by Job or Phase" article for how pinning interacts with the dropdown.

SG&A Departments

A separate personal pick, specific to the SG&A tab — which departments you want broken out there. This is unrelated to Indirect Contracts' Department tagging (see that article if the two are getting confused).
