Why can't I select multiple Operating Units on Home or SG&A?
The main contract grid tabs (All/POC/Direct/Indirect Contracts) let you filter by multiple Company Codes at once. A few other pages don't — and that's intentional, not a missing feature.
Pages that are single-CO by design
- Home — computes one Operating Income summary for one Company Code at a time. A multi-CO rollup would need to combine figures across companies in a way that doesn't map cleanly to the existing summary.
- SG&A — forecasts line items for one Operating Unit's own SG&A actuals at a time.
- Uncommitted Named Jobs — same single-CO pattern.
- OneStream Export — each export form is shaped around a single Operating Unit/Entity, matching the real OneStream data-entry form it's meant to be pasted into.
Why
Each of these pages computes something that's specific to one CO's own data (a summary, a form, a rollup) rather than showing a filtered list of rows the way the main grid does. Combining multiple COs into one of these views wouldn't just be a UI change — it would change what the numbers actually mean.
What to do instead
If you need to look at more than one Company Code on one of these pages, switch the CO/Operating Unit selector and look at each one in turn.
